Optiverifi is a supplier verification and sourcing automation platform that helps organizations discover, vet, and match with suppliers.

Services may include:

• Supplier discovery and verification
• Supplier matching and shortlists
• Compliance document collection
• Sourcing insights and reports
• Managed sourcing services

Optiverifi provides information and sourcing support but does not participate in commercial transactions between buyers and suppliers.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have authority to act on behalf of your organization
• You will use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

Certain features require creating an account.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Be responsible for activities under their account

Optiverifi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Supplier matches and reports provided by Optiverifi are generated based on available data and platform evaluation methods.

Supplier rankings or recommendations are informational tools and do not represent guarantees or endorsements.

Users are responsible for evaluating suppliers independently before entering into agreements.

Optiverifi may offer paid services including:

• Single supplier match reports
• Monthly subscription plans
• Enterprise sourcing solutions
• Managed sourcing services

Users agree to pay fees associated with selected services. Pricing and plan features are described on the platform and may be updated from time to time.

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to platform systems
• Copy or redistribute platform data without permission
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

All content, tools, research, reports, software, and design elements on the Optiverifi platform are the intellectual property of Optiverifi unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without written permission.

Optiverifi may provide managed sourcing support including:

• Supplier research
• Outreach and communication
• Quote comparison
• Sourcing assistance

These services are advisory in nature. Final supplier selection and contractual agreements remain the responsibility of the user.

Optiverifi strives to maintain reliable access to its platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optiverifi shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Procurement outcomes
• Supplier disputes
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users assume responsibility for decisions made using information provided through the platform.

Optiverifi may suspend or terminate access to the platform if users violate these Terms or misuse the services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
